It's young zucchini that has been spirialized topped with 3 toppings. I usually only top it with 1 of the 3 but for the photo I made all 3.
- Front left topping is portobella mushrooms marinated in nama shoyu, garlic and olive oil then it's topped with rawfredo sauce. A mixture of nuts, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper and olive oil.
- Middle is tomatoes marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, fresh garlic and fresh basil leaves.
- The back is just avocados drizzled with a touch of olive oil chopped fresh basil and garlic.
