A typical RAW dinner for me

I wanted to post a picture of one of my normal dinners. I probably eat this dinner or a version of it once a week and sometimes more. It's very easy and very tasty too!
It's young zucchini that has been spirialized topped with 3 toppings. I usually only top it with 1 of the 3 but for the photo I made all 3.
  • Front left topping is portobella mushrooms marinated in nama shoyu, garlic and olive oil then it's topped with rawfredo sauce. A mixture of nuts, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper and olive oil.
  • Middle is tomatoes marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, fresh garlic and fresh basil leaves.
  • The back is just avocados drizzled with a touch of olive oil chopped fresh basil and garlic.
